Multilist is a short way of saying "multiple listing service" which means that when
you Multilist your property for sale it can be sold by any of the 3,500 registered
EAC representatives throughout New South Wales and the A.C.T.
The Multilist system is the predominant method of sale of real estate in the USA
and has been established in NSW since 1981.
When you sell your property with the Multilist system, details about your home are
placed on the EAC computer and these details are made available to all registered
EAC salespeople.
EAC's Red Square makes sure that your home is marketed and promoted in the best
possible way. Generally, all the EAC agents in the local area will receive details
of your home (including up to nine photographs) overnight. In the morning the EAC
agent will be alerted to your home via a daily "Hotsheet" and from that moment on,
you will have many agents working to sell your home.
